As software engineers, we’re trained to solve complex technical problems — yet the challenges that shape our effectiveness are often human, not technical.

This 4-week experiential program is designed for Senior, Lead, and Principal Engineers — blending neuroscience, somatic awareness, and practical coaching to help you stay grounded, clear, and connected, even in demanding environments.

You’ll learn practical tools to:

  • Stay calm and confident when direction or priorities shift
  • Listen and communicate effectively — to understand and be understood
  • Navigate disagreement through constructive dialogue and shared purpose
  • Build inner stability and set healthy boundaries
  • Sustain focus and excellence with self-awareness, compassion, and a learning mindset

Throughout the program, you’ll be supported with both group and individual coaching
— combining science, reflection, and practical tools you can use right away.

Week 1Nervous System and Stress

Recognize stress patterns and learn to restore balance amid constant change.

Week 2Effective Communication

How to express yourself clearly and be understood by managers, peers, and stakeholders.

Week 3Sustainable Performance and Productivity Rhythm

Identify your rhythm for focused, sustainable performance, without burnout.

Week 4Reconnecting with Purpose

Reflect on the deeper purpose that brought you into engineering, and how it informs your next steps.

What is Included

  • 4 x 90-minute group coaching sessions – interactive, experiential, designed for connection
  • 2 x individual 60-minutes coaching session, one before the program, and one after — for personalized support
  • Practical coaching on real situations from your work and life
  • Insights into the science of the nervous system, stress responses, and emotional resilience
  • Tools and practices to integrate directly into your day-to-day
  • Small group format for depth and connection — 5 to 8 participants
  • Group session are held online via Google Meet —Tuesdays 10 – 11:30 am CET
