Leadership is not innate — it can be learned, developed, and deepened over time.
Core skills like communication, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence are foundational. But it’s through intentional practice that meaningful growth happens.
Leadership is personal. It’s shaped by your values, your experiences, and your self-awareness. It’s also dynamic — your leadership style evolves depending on the situation, the people you’re working with, and the challenges you face. It’s not rigid or one-size-fits-all.
And importantly, practicing leadership doesn’t require a title. Wherever you are on your journey, you have the opportunity to lead — with awareness, courage, and intention.
Daniel Goleman, What Makes a Leader
The word somatic comes from the Greek word soma, meaning body. In coaching, a somatic approach recognises that the mind and body are not separate—but deeply connected.
While many traditional methods focus primarily on thoughts and analysis, somatic coaching also pays attention to physical sensations, emotions, and patterns held in the body. This integration of cognitive and embodied awareness helps you connect more fully with your experience in the present moment.
Conceptual awareness helps us analyse, evaluate, and plan.
Embodied awareness allows us to practice sensing and feeling what it’s like to respond with presence, intuition, and creativity.
By combining both, we access a deeper level of insight—one that supports meaningful shifts, more aligned decision-making, and lasting change.
In our work together, I draw on somatic techniques and principles tailored to your unique needs and goals, supporting your journey toward clarity, resilience, and intentional leadership.
